Cathy was Playmate of the Month for June 1981. Her pictorial was titled Lady of the Lake.
Cathy was born July 15, 1953, in Torrance, CA.
She had a daughter from a brief teenage marriage.
Six months after her centerfold, Cathy met songwriter Michael Dees. They were married in 1983 and had a daughter, Hayley. The couple divorced in 1990. According to “The Playmate Book: Five Decades of Centerfolds,” her home and savings disappeared in a series of ATM and check forgeries, her car was stolen, and a ruptured breast implant resulted in medical problems.
Cathy died Jan. 4, 2007, of a heart attack at age 53 in Koosharem, UT, after a period of declining health.
